We had a great experience, from easy check-in to the spacious and clean rooms. Best aspects included great staff services, quick room service, and reasonable prices for extras and food. The central location made walking to many nearby attractions easy, and the breakfast was lovely.

It was a complete mess. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that they were full and they would send me to another of their outfits. This other hotel tuned out to be a nightmare. The staff at reception was rude, the room size was good but funiture and carpet were dirty, there was no hot water in the bathroom and aircoditioner was extremely noisy. Internet in the hotel did not work most of the time. The choice and quality of food was low.

The breakfast was delicious every morning. The hotel is located near the old town, which is great for exploring. the bathrooms were well-designed with separate shower and toilet areas.
The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some areas of the hotel. , the air conditioning unit was a little noisy at times, which made it a bit harder to sleep.

This hotel is situated in a great location, with many historical attractions within walking distance. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with clean and modern bathrooms. the service is quick and efficient, and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. the breakfast, offered on an excellent terrace, is delicious with a wide range of choice. Plus, the air conditioning system is very effective and the refrigerators are a great addition to the room.
The swimming pool is a bit small and overlooked by people sitting around it.

The hotel is neer the cornich this is good for shoping and to relax neer the red sea, on the other hand the hotel is clean and good to stay for a short visit
The wellcome for new guest is not good enough for such kind of hotel, for example there is no one how help the guest with his luggage by arraival and to open an door for there guest is unnowen, the reception staff should speek proper english at least as the hotel claims to be an international one
